Slightly more complex than a Shizuoka Fukamushi with less sweetness and more astringency. If you are just starting to enjoy Fukamushi style teas we suggest you begin with a Shizuoka style. You will most likely evolve into an Uji/Kyoto style but as with wine, developing a palate for the nuances is required. This tea will cold-infuse very nicely we suggest chilled but not iced for maximum flavor and aroma.
